You should have received a key to the pool from the previous owner. If not, please contact the management company, Green Country HOA Management, at 918-901-9311, greencountryhoa@gmail.com or www.greencountryhoa.com for a new key. The Legends pool and playground are located at 9669 E. 108th Place S. across from the pond.  The pool is generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, depending on weather. 

 

Many homeowners love to improve their homes when they move in, which is great! Should you wish to paint the outside of your home, add an outdoor structure or kitchen, install/replace a fence, replace a roof, add a pool, or generally any major construction of a similar kind, please review the covenants and fill out the Architectural Committee Form located on the upper left hand of the website. You may also email info@tulsalegendshoa.org with any questions. Approvals are usually within a few days to a week, but the Committee has up to 21 days per the restrictions. If you move to the green belt, please note that the City of Bixby does not allow trees to be removed. Please always contact the City of Bixby for inspections and questions.
